Thank you, everyone, for leaving a comment. I enjoyed reading whether or not you still send Valentine cards through the mail. I am half and half. Some years, I buy up a bunch of greeting cards. Nowadays, from the Dollar Store. I still enjoy jotting off a note or two. But sometimes when time is short, I have been known to send off an e-card. Either way lets your loved ones know that you are thinking of them.

487 popped in my mind so that’s my guess.

Carol guessed that I sewed/quilted 487 items in 2012. The number was actually 491 which included 168 charity pillowcases. I documented everything I made so all I had to do was flip back through my journal pages.

Hi everyone, this month is flying by so fast, I thought I had better get my Made In 2012 Guessing Game posted before February gets here.

Can you guess how productive I was last year?

I made quite a few items. Mostly small things and just a few quilts. And let’s not forget my pillowcases.

OK… time for a new giveaway. (I just LOVE giveaways!!)

I have some Halloween Spiderweb fabric I bought last year that I love but since it isn’t 100% cotton, more of a knit, it won’t work with the project I had in mind. It is just over two yards, 54″ wide. I am thinking perfect for a table covering for your Trick-or-Treat candy. Or a couple of cute capes for kids. Soft and fun looking.

Also, I have 20 String Blocks to giveaway. I made WAY TOO MANY of them during my string making marathon these last few weeks. All of these can be yours. Looks like there are enough blocks to make a little wall hanging or table topper. Each block measures between 6 1/2″- 7″ square. The strings (fabric strips) are sewn onto a square of white muslin.

New Watchface Bangle

Just finished this peach watchface bangle earlier today.

I showed you how I had bezelled around the face. Here’s the BEFORE.

I turned it into a bangle since the single strand of beads I wanted to go around the face wouldn’t stay put. Always a Plan B with me, isn’t it? Thank goodness!!

I am working on many other things. You should see my work space. A mess. It is like when the clock strikes on the hour, I switch up to something different. One hour for you. Next!! 😀
