Look Where My Wine Macrame Plant Hanger Lives Now

It’s a miracle that I even listed it for sale on Etsy.

Hubby said I just like to “make and stare”. And he is RIGHT!! After I make something I look at it for days. Months even. Sometimes years. I think you get the picture. It is so hard to part with one of my creations.

But I am happy to report, my wine macrame plant hanger traveled all by itself across state lines and now has a new home.

Doesn’t it look all happy. Lots of windows to let the sunlight stream in to show off the beautiful color. And it has plenty of company in that room. A plant cradled inside. Even an afghan in a wine blend to match. And look at that chair!! Such a cool chair.

I asked my buyer if it would be ok to post her picture. She said yes. Now maybe I’ll ask if I can come visit it from time to time. 😀

It looks really nice hanging there. And wow! I wish our house was so clean! Then again, whose fault is that? lol

I agree, but my house looks that clean in pictures. Just don’t ask to see a picture of what doesn’t show in the photo!

I made planters for years, had hanging shelf made with old barn wood, Xmas ornaments, hanging wall pictures, now I haven’t made anything for over 20 yrs. Have no patterns and hard to find cord. Can you list some of the stores that sell these? I’m retired now and need a hobby.
    Thank you

It’s nice to know that someone is really happy with what they bought, isn’t it. It looks really good, too!

I guess creative minds DO think alike! I feel the same way after I complete a project, especially Macrame. They are too pretty to part with.
I already have arthritis in one of my hands, so the tying time is much more valuable. I will keep tying until my hands lock up on me.
I’m glad your beautiful hanger found a nice new home. As always, I am looking forward to what you will come up with next. You are very gifted and it is so nice to have you sharing your time and talents with others.

Thanks so much, everyone, for your comments. Seeing this plant hanger in its new home makes me proud. I want to make more!! I will make more!! 😀

Karen, check out my sidebar. ————–>>>>> Over there. I have three sites listed under Macrame Suppliers. King Country probably has the largest macrame cord selection. Let me know if you can’t find what you are looking for. I might have it.

Hello, I love this plant hanger. I clicked on the Etsy link to purchase the pattern but it was a dead link. Can you send me a link to where I can purchase this pattern?

      Thank you,
