After I have exhausted my entire novelty fabric stash making a million School Dayz purses, I will then make something different. LOL!! Actually it won’t be that long. I am making at least two more of that cute little purse with all the buttons.

Then I figure around Sunday or Monday I will get started on this Kwik Sew purse. I am going to make the one at the top, the wine one…using ALL of these bright colors.

Maybe I will make a test purse first just to be on the safe side. I don’t want to ruin my pretty fabric. It came in a kit with several other pieces. I was immediately drawn to it by the coordinated colors and the circle design. I had no clue what I would do with it, I just liked it.

So now, fingers crossed, it will make up one Wild and Crazy Purse!!

I am on a roll!!

TWO more purses finished. Made from the same Butterick pattern as School Dayz. I put fusible interfacing in the olive green purse to make it a bit sturdier. I like the cane handles. Got them at JoAnn’s with my 50% off coupon.

These purses are easy to make. I have gotten the time down to three hours and if I didn’t have to sew on the buttons, I bet I could make it in two hours. Imagine that!! :D I think I will make one or two more since I have lots of novelty fabric. For sure I will make one in dark plum with blue buttons. And maybe, just maybe, one from green and yellow Mickey Mouse fabric.

Here are some photos. Take a look…. Thanks!!
